摘　　要：五举选煤厂采用S-3GHMC1100/520/370型无压给料三产品重介质旋流器作为主选设备,因入洗原煤煤质特性影响,存在矸石带煤率高的问题。研究了原煤煤质特点后,对无压三产品重介质旋流器的结构技术参数进行了调整,生产实践证明,无压三产品重介质旋流器在经过技术改造后,分选质量获得了明显提高,有效缓解了现场质量问题,增加了选煤厂的总体效益。Wuju Coal Preparation Plant adopts S-3GHMC1100/520/370 three-product dense medium cyclone without pressure feeding as the main separation equipment.Due to the coal quality characteristics of raw coal,there is a problem of high coal rate in gangue.After studying the characteristics of raw coal quality,the structural and technical parameters of the pressure-free three-product heavy medium cyclone were adjusted and improved.The production practice proved that the separation quality of the pressure-free three-product heavy medium cyclone was significantly improved after the technical transformation,which effectively alleviated the on-site quality problems and increased the overall benefits of the coal preparation plant.
