摘  要:随着煤焦油加氢加工过程的不断发展,煤焦油加氢馏分油中含氮化合物的去除问题越来越引起关注。含氮化合物的存在不仅影响了馏分油的质量,还会对催化剂的活性产生负面影响,甚至污染环境。因此,开发高效的脱氮技术对煤焦油加氢馏分油的深度处理具有重要意义。重点讨论了络合脱氮技术在煤焦油加氢馏分油脱氮中的应用进展,详细阐述了络合脱氮技术的原理、与加氢脱氮技术的区别、催化剂的研究进展、工艺优化及改进等方面的内容。最后,分析了络合脱氮技术所面临的挑战,并展望了其未来的发展趋势。With the continuous development of the coal tar hydrogenation processing,the issue of removing nitrogen-containing compounds from the hydrogenated distillate oil of coal tar has drawn increasing attention.The existence of nitrogen-containing compounds would undermine the quality of the distillate oil,damage the activity of catalysts,and even bring excessive pollutions.Therefore,the development of efficient denitrification technologies is of great significance for the deep treatment of the hydrogenated distillate oil of coal tar.This paper mainly discusses the advances of complexation denitrification technology in the denitrification of the hydrogenated distillate oil from coal tar,elucidates the principle of the complexation denitrification technology,clarifies its differences from hydrodenitrification technology,illustrates the progress in related catalysts,and offer possible dirrestions of process optimization and improvement.Finally,future challenges and develop trends are presented.
