摘 要:介绍了低阶煤热解反应机理,系统综述了原料预处理(溶胀、脱灰、低温、水热)、催化剂应用(碱/碱土金属、分子筛、天然矿石、炭材料)和热解条件(温度、气氛、升温速率、停留时间)等因素对热解提质的影响,并针对低阶煤热解提质技术存在的问题指出了未来的研究方向。Low-rank coal is an essential component of China's coal resources.Pyrolysis can convert low-rank coal into high-quality coal tar,reducing environmental pollution and enabling the efficient and clean utilization of low-rank coal.It is an important approach to achieve the transformation and upgrading of the coal industry.This article elaborated on the pyrolysis reaction mechanism of low-rank coal,systematically reviewed the influence of factors such as feedstock pretreatment,catalyst application,and pyrolysis conditions on pyrolysis upgrading,and pointed out future research directions for the upgrading technology of low-rank coal pyrolysis.
