摘 要:针对蒙大煤矿业选煤厂动力煤配煤过程精度差、效率低和控制过程复杂等问题,通过对煤质在线检测方法、配煤公式、配煤过程控制等方面的改进和优化,构建了基于煤质在线检测的自动配煤系统。本研究通过灰分仪、水分仪、胶带秤和智能控制系统,实时精准获取配煤的指标参数。基于配煤的动态指标,借助预判软件、配煤计算软件,实现煤质参数实时检测环境下煤炭智能配备,其在线检测及自动配比发热量标准偏差为209 kJ/kg(稳定率不低于80%),解决了人工采、制、化分析结果的滞后性,减少人工操作,降低劳动强度。Aiming at the problems of poor accuracy,low efficiency and complicated control process of power coal blending process in Mengda Coal Mining Industry Coal Preparation Plant,an automatic coal blending system based on coal quality online detection was constructed through the improvement and optimisation of coal quality online detection method,coal blending formula,coal blending process control and other aspects.In this study,the index parameters of coal blending are obtained in real time and accurately through ash meter,moisture meter,belt scale and intelligent control system.Based on the dynamic indexes of coal blending,with the help of prediction software and coal blending calculation software,it realizes intelligent coal equipping under the environment of real-time detection of coal quality parameters,and the standard deviation of its on-line detection and automatic blending of calorific value is 50kcal/kg(stability rate≥80%),which solves the lagging effect of the results of manual mining,production and chemical analysis,reduces manual operation and lowers labour intensity.
