摘  要:结合嵌入式全水化验系统组成与工作流程,介绍嵌入式全水化验系统的关键技术及功能特点,重点剖析样瓶调度技术、备查样存储技术、烘箱转盘定位技术、密封烘箱干燥技术在嵌入式全水化验系统中的成功应用,同时通过展示嵌入式全水化验系统的实测数据,说明嵌入式全水化验系统对煤质水分分析及提高煤炭质量管理和控制具有重要意义。嵌入式全水化验系统关可实现煤质全水分样瓶自动调度与样瓶全自动分析、备查样备查,能有效规避样品传输过程中的人为干预,确保全水分分析的精密度、公平公正性,提供煤质分析工作的效率与自动化程度,从而有助于进一步提升电厂燃料管理水平。This article mainly introduces the key technologies and functional characteristics of the embedded full water analysis system based on its composition and workflow.It focuses on analyzing the successful application of sample bottle scheduling technology,reference sample storage technology,oven turntable positioning technology,and sealed oven drying technology in the embedded full water analysis system.At the same time,by displaying the measured data of the embedded full water analysis system,it is shown that the embedded full water analysis system is of great significance for coal moisture analysis and improving coal quality management and control.The embedded full water analysis system can achieve automatic scheduling and analysis of coal quality full water sample bottles,as well as backup samples for future reference.It can effectively avoid human intervention in the sample transmission process,ensure the precision,fairness and impartiality of total water analysis,and provide the efficiency and automation level of coal quality analysis work,thereby helping to further improve the fuel management level of power plants.
