煤基炭材料产业与新能源耦合发展探讨

摘  要:国家积极鼓励发展新能源和煤炭产业升级转型,将煤炭转化利用与新能源优化耦合或是有效途径。煤基炭材料产业作为煤炭低碳清洁转化的重要组成,本文探讨其通过资源循环利用、储能系统协调等与新能源耦合发展的模式。煤基活性炭生产过程中,将炭化、活化产生的气体通过焚烧产生高温烟气,并换热生产中低压蒸汽从而带动汽轮机发电,属于资源循环利用耦合模式;以煤为原料生产硬炭、超级电容炭等储能炭材料,作为关键材料或者元器件应用于新能源系统,属于储能系统协调模式。其中煤基硬炭可以解决我国发展钠离子电池卡脖子难题,钠离子电池适用于寒冷地区的新能源储能,并且其优异的倍率性能、高安全性使其适用于后备电源、工程及矿用设备;煤基超级电容炭作为超级电容器的核心元器件,可以用于新能源生产调峰,改善新能源用户端电网质量,并且在瞬时启动设备中应用前景广阔。持续开发高性能、高性价比的煤基炭材料,解决关键技术难题,能够极大促进煤炭转型和新能源行业的发展。The state actively encourages the development of new energy and the upgrading and transformation of the coal industry,and integrating the transformation and utilization of coal with the optimization of new energy may be an effective approach.Coal-based carbon material industry is an important part of low-carbon clean transformation of coal.This paper discusses the mode of integrating development with new energy through resource recycling and energy storage system coordination.In the process of based activated carbon production,the gas generated by carbonization and activation produces high temperature flue gas through incineration,and heat exchange to produce medium and low pressure steam so as to drive the steam turbine to generate power generation,which belongs to the integrating mode of resource recycling.Coal as raw material to produce hard carbon,supercapacitor carbon and other energy storage carbon materials,as key materials used in new energy system or components,belongs to the coordination mode of energy storage system.Coal-based hard carbon can solve the problem of the development of sodium ion battery in China.Sodium ion battery is suitable for new energy storage in cold areas,and its high rate and safety performance make it suitable for backup power supply,engineering and mining equipment.As the core component of supercapacitors,coal-based supercapacitor carbon can be used for peak regulation of new energy production,improve the quality of power grid at the user end of new energy,and has a broad application prospect in instantaneous start equipment.Continuous development of high-performance,high-cost-effective coal-based carbon materials,to solve the key technical problems,can greatly promote the coal transformation and the development of the new energy industry.
