摘 要:为了有效提高煤矸石返井充填效率,实现矿山固废高效利用,以神东布尔台煤矿煤矸石作为研究对象,基于材料的泌水性、凝结时间、粘度和强度的工作性能,研究了煤矸石胶凝材料代替水泥作为充填材料的可行性。试验结果表明:不同掺合料配比下,试件的泌水性、凝结时间均随着水/灰比的增加而增大。水/灰比为0.7时,试件均不会发生泌水。当石灰与水泥复掺时,不同水/灰比的各试件均可满足泌水性要求。当掺合料为石灰时,试件凝结时间最大。掺入水泥会缩短凝结时间;试件的粘度随着水/灰比的增加而减小,水/灰比在1.0以上,不同掺合料的试件均具有良好的流动性;试件的强度受掺合料类型影响较大,样品单掺石灰时,试件没有早期强度,但水泥的掺入有助于试件强度的提高。以煤矸石代替水泥作为胶凝材料可以提升样品的流动性并提升成本优势,对于提高矿山的收益有重要作用。In order to effectively improve the efficiency of coal gangue backfilling and efficiently achieve the utilization of solid waste in mines,coal gangue from Buertai coal mine in Shendong Coal Mine was taken as the research object.Based on the working performance of bleeding,setting time,viscosity,and strength,the feasibility of using coal gangue cementitious material instead of cement as filling material is studied.Results show that under different admixture ratios,the bleeding and setting time of the specimens increase with the increasing water to cement(w/c)ratio.At the w/c ratio of 0.7,no bleeding occurred in specimens.When the specimens are mixed with cement and lime,all specimens with different w/c ratios can meet the bleeding requirements.The setting time of the specimen blended with lime is the longest when compared with other admixtures.Adding cement will shorten the setting time.The viscosity of the specimen decreases with the increase of w/c ratio.The specimens with different admixtures have good fluidity when their w/c ratio is above 1.0;The strength of the specimen is greatly affected by the admixture type.When mixed with lime,the specimens do not have early strength.But the addition of cement helps to improve the strength.Replacing cement with coal gangue as cementitious materials can improve the flowability of samples and reduce costs,which is of great significance in improving the profitability of mines.
