资源禀赋对牧户草地保护意愿与行为悖离的影响研究——基于生态认知的调节效应

摘　　要：牧户作为草地保护政策的执行者,其行为意愿的一致性对促进草原生态恢复具有重要意义。本文利用青海省黄南藏族自治州河南蒙古族自治县典型牧区的296份牧户数据,采用二元logit模型进行实证检验,探究牧户资源禀赋对其草地保护意愿与行为悖离的影响,以及生态认知在该影响中的调节效应。结果表明:不同资源禀赋对悖离的影响存在差异,且人力资源中文化程度、社会资源中经常联系人数对悖离有显著负向影响;生态认知在资源禀赋对悖离的影响路径中具有调节作用。为促进牧户草地保护意愿与行为的一致性,可适当增强对牧区教育的关注程度;建立互相监督的牧区社会网络;加强生态文明建设,提升牧户的生态认知水平。Herdsmen are executors of grassland conservation policies and the consistency between their behaviors and intentions is of great significance for the ecological restoration of grasslands.This paper utilized 296 herds⁃men data from a typical pastoral area of Henan Mongolian Autonomous County in Huangnan Tibetan Autono⁃mous Prefecture,Qinghai Province,to explore the influence of herdsmen’s resource endowment on the devia⁃tion between their grassland protection intentions and behaviors using a binary logit model,as well as the moder⁃ating effect of ecological cognition in this influence.The results indicated that different resource endowments had varying effects on the deviation,specifically,the levels of education within human resources and the number of regular contacts within social resources had significant negative impacts on the deviation;ecological cognition played a moderating role in the impact path of resource endowment on deviation.Therefore,to promote consis⁃tency between herdsmen’s willingness and actions in grassland protection,it was advisable to enhance attention on education in pastoral areas,establish a mutual supervision social network in pastoral communities and strengthen the construction of ecological civilization to improve the ecological cognition level of herdsmen.
