生物炭结壳包衣对蒙古冰草萌发期抗旱特性的影响

摘  要:本研究旨在通过生物炭结壳包衣技术提升蒙古冰草(Agropyron mongolicum)种子的抗旱性能,解决我国北方干旱半干旱地区种子出苗率、幼苗成活率低的问题。试验材料为蒙古冰草种子,设置砂床含水量2%为干旱条件,在每20 g蒙古冰草种子中设计添加生物炭1.4 g,2.0 g,4.0 g和6.6 g(分别记为BC_(1-15),BC_(1-10),BC_(1-5)和BC_(1-3))4种结壳包衣配方,以裸种子和基础结壳包衣为对照。通过对比不同处理的种子出苗特性、幼苗生长和抗氧化酶活性,发现生物炭结壳包衣能显著提高种子的抗旱能力(P<0.05),其中BC_(1-10)处理效果最佳,显著提高了出苗率、出苗速度指数、幼苗生长指标及抗氧化酶活性(P<0.05)。盆栽试验也证实了BC_(1-10)处理能显著提高蒙古冰草种子的出苗率(P<0.05)。因此,生物炭结壳包衣技术应用于蒙古冰草种子,对提高种子出苗率、幼苗成活率具有显著效果,对我国北方干旱半干旱地区的生态修复与荒漠化治理具有重要意义。The objective of this study was to address the issue of low seed emergence and seedling survival rates in the arid and semi-arid regions of northern China.Specifically,we aimed to enhance the drought resistance of Mongolian wheatgrass(Agropyron mongolicum)seeds using biochar encrusting technology.The experimental materials consisted of Mongolian wheatgrass seeds,biochar,and a sand bed of 2%moisture content simulating drought conditions.Four encrusting formulations were designed,including incorporating 1.4 g,2.0 g,4.0 g,and 6.6 g of biochar(recorded as BC_(1-15),BC_(1-10),BC_(1-5)and BC_(1-3),respectively)per 20 g of Mongolian wheat⁃grass seeds,respectively.Naked seeds and a basal encrusting served as controls.By comparing seedling emer⁃gence characteristics,seedling growth,and antioxidant enzyme activities across different treatments,we found that biochar encrusting significantly improved(P<0.05)the drought resistance of seeds.Among the treat⁃ments,BC_(1-10)exhibited the most pronounced effect,which significantly(P<0.05)enhanced seedling emer⁃gence rate,seedling emergence rate index,seedling growth index,and antioxidant enzyme activity.Pot experi⁃ments further confirmed that the BC_(1-10)treatment significantly(P<0.05)increased the germination rate of Mon⁃golian wheatgrass seeds.Therefore,applying biochar encrusting technology to Mongolian wheatgrass seeds sig⁃nificantly enhances seedling emergence and survival rates,which could play a crucial role in ecological restora⁃tion and desertification control in the arid and semi-arid regions of northern China.
