摘　　要：黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展,是重大国家战略。当前黄河流域各地进行了生态警务体系的探索实践,基于生态警务理论框架,通过实证研究,解构黄河流域已开展的生态警务实践探索,可以揭示当前生态警务模式尚存在结构性缺陷。同时,针对黄河流域生态警务困境进行理论溯源,应当将构建新型管辖机制、建设专业性力量、加强衔接合作、重塑职能模式作为关键发展路径。The ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin represent a sig-nificant national strategy.Currently,various regions within the Yellow River Basin have been exploring and practi-cing ecological policing systems.Based on the theoretical framework of ecological policing,empirical research has been conducted to deconstruct the existing ecological policing practices in the Yellow River Basin,revealing struc-tural deficiencies in the current ecological policing models.Furthermore,by theoretically tracing the challenges faced by ecological policing in the Yellow River Basin,it is essential to focus on constructing new jurisdictional mechanisms,building professional capabilities,enhancing coordination and cooperation,and redefining functional models as key development pathways.
