摘 要:混凝土拱坝施工仿真计算是验证拱坝施工工期的重要方式,文章围绕缩短叶巴滩水电站混凝土拱坝施工工期,对大坝施工方案进行优化研究,通过建立混凝土拱坝施工仿真模型,并明确边界条件和仿真参数后,综合考虑类似工程经验,选择调整混凝土仓层厚度和三大控制高差分别作为优化方案进行仿真分析,得到了不同施工方案的施工工期、浇筑强度、机械效率等仿真结果。结果表明:增大混凝土仓层厚度和提高三大控制高差均可有效缩短拱坝施工工期并且提高缆机机械效率。The construction simulation calculation of concrete arch dam is an important way to verify the construction period of arch dam.This paper focuses on shortening the construction period of the concrete arch dam of Yebatan Hydropower Station,and studies the optimization of the dam construction scheme.By establishing the concrete arch dam construction simulation model and defining the boundary conditions and simulation parameters,taking into account the experience of similar projects,the adjustment of the thickness of the concrete silo layer and the three control height differences are selected as optimization schemes for simulation analysis.The simulation results of pouring strength and mechanical efficiency of different construction schemes are obtained in this paper,showing that increasing the thickness of concrete silo layer and the three control height differences can effectively shorten the construction period of arch dam and improve the mechanical efficiency of cable winch.
