摘　　要：伴随着中国特色现代化社会主义国家建设步伐加快,党中央、国务院高度重视数据要素市场化和铸造新质生产力,并出台多项政策予以指导和支持。随着数据成为新的核心生产要素,数据市场化成为实现国家战略目标和推动新质生产力发展的重要途径。文章从理论逻辑、实施模式和未来趋势三个角度进行论述。具体来说,阐述了数据市场化的理论基础;通过数据共享、交易和服务三种模式,分析了数据市场化的实施模式;从人工智能、大数据和数字经济三个未来产业趋势出发,预测了数据市场化在未来发展中的作用。主要创新点在于,通过系统论述和研究,阐明了数据市场化在不同层面和阶段如何推动新质生产力的发展,包括在理论上释放数据潜力、在实践上实现数据配置以及在未来持续提供支撑新兴产业发展等方面。这对深化数据市场化改革和促进新质生产力具有重要参考价值,研究结果为相关政策制定提供理论依据和实证支撑。With the accelerated advancement of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council have prioritized the marketization of data elements and the cultivation of new quality productive forces,issuing multiple policies to guide and support these initiatives.As data has emerged as a new core factor of production,data marketization has become a critical pathway for achieving national strategic objectives and driving the development of new quality productive forces.This article examines the topic from three perspectives:theoretical logic,implementation models,and future trends.Specifically,it elucidates the theoretical foundations of data marketization,analyzes its implementation models through data sharing,trading,and service frameworks,and forecasts its evolving role in future development based on trends in artificial intelligence,big data,and the digital economy.The primary innovation lies in systematically articulating the intrinsic connections between data marketization and new quality productive forces through comprehensive exposition and research,providing theoretical and practical references for advancing data-driven productivity.
