摘 要:为了深入研究渗碳热处理18CrNiMo7-6合金钢平面磨削过程中各物理量之间的关系,采用量纲分析和有限元相结合的方法,建立了渗碳合金钢平面磨削仿真有限元模型,借助该模型分析不同磨削深度、砂轮速度以及工件速度对磨削力、磨削温度以及残余应力的影响。基于仿真结果,进一步建立平面磨削力和残余应力预测模型。随后,通过渗碳合金钢平面磨削试验对预测模型进行验证。结果表明:磨削力与残余应力模型预测值与试验值最大相对误差分别为11.6%和10.5%,表明所建立的数学模型能够有效预测渗碳热处理合金钢平面磨削力和残余应力。In order to deeply study the relationship between various physical quantities in the surface grinding process of carburized heat-treated 18CrNiMo7-6 alloy steel,a finite element model of surface grinding simulation of carburized alloy steel was established by combining dimensional analysis and finite element method.With the help of this model,the influence of grinding depth,grinding wheel speed and workpiece speed on grinding force,grinding temperature and residual stress was studied.Based on the simulation results,a prediction model of surface grinding force and residual stress was further established.Subsequently,the prediction model was verified by the surface grinding test of carburized alloy steel.The results show that the maximum relative errors of the predicted and tested values of the grinding force and residual stress models are 11.6%and 10.5%,respectively.It shows that the established mathematical model can effectively predict the surface grinding force and residual stress of carburized heat-treated alloy steel.
