摘 要:以高速航空柱塞泵的前置诱导轮为研究对象,对影响柱塞泵空化性能的诱导轮设计参数的最优组合进行研究。基于CFD建立诱导轮和涡轮组件的流场仿真模型,应用正交试验方法,以扬程、效率以及临界空化余量为优化目标,以诱导轮的轮毂截面形状、叶片数、叶片厚度为影响因素,进行诱导轮设计参数组合分析,最后搭建试验系统,验证仿真结果的可靠性。研究表明:诱导轮叶片数和叶片厚度对扬程、效率以及临界空化余量的影响显著;额定工况下,诱导轮轮毂截面形状为圆锥形、叶片数为3、叶片厚度为1 mm的组合方案为最优,最优方案下诱导轮的抗气蚀能力增强了36.2%,扬程以及效率也分别提升了7%和3.54%。Taking the front induced wheel of a high-speed aviation piston pump as the research object,the optimal combination of the design parameters of the induced wheel affecting the cavitation performance of the piston pump was investigated.The flow field simulation model of the induced wheel and turbine assembly was established based on CFD,and the orthogonal experimental method was applied to analyze the combination of design parameters of the induced wheel with head,efficiency and critical cavitation margin as the optimization objectives,and the hub cross-section shape,number of blades,and thickness of the induced wheel as the influencing factors,then the experimental system was constructed to verify the reliability of the simulation results.The study shows that the number of blades and the thickness of the blades of the induced wheel have significant effect on the head,efficiency and critical cavitation margin;under the rated condition,the combination of the induced wheel with conical hub cross-section,3 blades and 1 mm blade thicknesses is the optimal solution,and the cavitation resistance of the wheel is enhanced by 36.2%under the optimal solution,and the head and the efficiency are increased by 7%and 3.54%,respectively.
