摘  要:不同结构压电泵的输出性能存在较大差异。为了提高压电泵的输出性能,设计一种“一字型”双腔并联压电泵。为了优化设计,探索工作阀数量、进出口管安装位置及进出口槽容积等结构因素对“一字型”双腔并联压电泵性能的影响,并加工了多种试验样机,对其输出性能进行测试。在110 V正弦交流电驱动下,分别选取液体水和气体空气作为输送介质,对不同结构的双腔并联压电泵进行输出流量和压力试验。结果显示:四阀双腔并联压电泵的输出效果优于三阀双腔并联压电泵,正向出流输出效果优于侧向出流,进出口槽容积对双腔并联压电泵的输出性能具有重要影响;所设计的双腔并联压电泵最大输出气体流量可达720 mL/min,最大液体流量可达650 mL/min。The output performance of piezoelectric pumps with different structures is quite different.In order to improve the output performance of piezoelectric pump,a"one-shaped"double-chamber parallel piezoelectric pump was designed.In order to optimize the design,the impact of structural factors on the performance of"one-shaped"double-chamber parallel piezoelectric pump was explored,including the number of working valves of the double-chamber parallel piezoelectric pumps,the installation direction of the inlet and outlet pipes,and the volume of the inlet and outlet grooves.Different test prototypes were processed to test their output performance.Driven by 110 V sinusoidal AC,liquid water and gas air were selected as the conveying medium respectively,and the output flow-rate and output pressure tests were carried out on the piezoelectric pumps of different structures.The results show that the output effect of the four-valve double-chamber parallel piezoelectric pump is better than that of the three-valve double-chamber parallel piezoelectric pump,and the forward outflow output effect is better than that of the lateral outflow,the volume of inlet and outlet groove has an important influence on the output performance of the double-chamber parallel piezoelectric pump.The designed double-chamber parallel piezoelectric pump has a maximum output gas flow-rate of 720 mL/min,and a maximum output liquid flow-rate of of 650 mL/min.
