摘 要:针对齿轮泵浮动侧板高压油区面积设计显著影响齿轮泵机械效率的问题,采用剩余压紧力法计算齿轮泵浮动侧板所受合力,建立侧板力平衡模型。通过有限元法计算齿轮泵端面间隙油膜反推力,得出剩余压紧力设计方法下侧板所受合力,在摩擦磨损试验台上试验得出载荷大小对摩擦因数的影响规律。获得最优载荷后,反推出浮动侧板最优高压油区面积。结果表明:当高压油区面积为1068 mm^(2)时,齿轮泵摩擦损失为133 W,对比高压油区面积改进前,齿轮泵的机械效率提升7.9%。Aiming at the relationship between the high pressure oil area of gear pump and the mechanical efficiency of gear pump,the residual compression force method was used to calculate the resultant force on the floating side plate of gear pump,and the force balance model of the side plate was established.Through the finite element method,the reverse thrust force of the oil film in the end clearance of the gear pump was calculated,and the resultant force under the design method of the residual compression force was obtained.The influence law of load on the friction factor was obtained by the test on the friction and wear test bench.After the optimal load was obtained,the optimal high-pressure oil area of the floating side plate was reversed.The results show that when the high pressure oil area is 1068 mm^(2),the friction loss of the gear pump is the smallest,which is 133 W.Compared with the before improvement of the high pressure oil area,the mechanical efficiency of the gear pump is increased by 7.9%.
