摘  要:截断式脉冲水射流生成过程简单且易于控制,但连续射流被孔盘横向剪切阻断后产生较特殊的流场结构。为探究截断式脉冲水射流流场的结构特性,通过理论分析、高速摄像与CFD-3D动网格数值模拟等方法,建立射流几何结构简化预测模型和射流动态演化数值计算模型,捕捉到截断式脉冲射流的偏转头和尾部尖体几何形貌,揭示了其非轴对称射流头部流场结构及形成机制。结果表明:截断式脉冲射流最前端向孔盘移动相反方向发生偏转,且偏转角度随喷射时间的增大而增大,随后整体翻卷并相对后续主体射流向后滑移,头部结构影响逐步消失;构建的3D数值模型能实现截断式脉冲射流流场生成演化过程,射流头部瓦片状尖体结构能有效降低空气摩擦阻力,但水锤压力效应随靶距的变化较大。The generation process of truncated pulse water jet is simple and easy to control,but the continuous jet is blocked by the transverse shear of the orifice plate,resulting in a special flow field structure.In order to explore the characteristics of the truncated pulse water jet flow field structure,a simplified prediction model of the jet geometry and a numerical calculation model of the jet dynamic evolution were established through theoretical analysis,high-speed photography and CFD-3D moving grid numerical simulation.The geometric shapes of the deflection head and tail tip of the truncated pulse jet were captured,and the flow field structure and generation mechanism of the non-axisymmetric jet head were revealed.The results show that the front end of the truncated pulse jet is deflected in the opposite direction to the movement of the orifice plate.The deflection angle increases with the increase of injection time,and then the whole body rolls over and slides backward relative to the subsequent main jet,and the influence of the head structure gradually disappear.The constructed 3D numerical model can realize the generation and evolution process of the truncated pulse jet flow field.The tile-shaped tip structure of the jet head can effectively reduce the air friction resistance,but the water hammer pressure effect changes greatly with the target distance.
