摘 要:为实现高速公路边坡拱形骨架护坡高效、快速、安全施工,提升施工的自动化与智能化水平,设计一种边坡护坡骨架施工成套化机械设备工作装置及其液压系统。根据护坡骨架施工设备工作装置的结构与工作原理,拟定液压系统原理图,计算得到液压系统关键元件参数并完成选型。根据原理图利用AMESim软件对液压系统进行仿真分析,验证了液压系统与元件选型的可行性。最后,在理论计算与仿真的基础上,完成了液压系统样机的功能验证。结果表明:仿真结果与理论分析相一致,满足拱形骨架护坡施工的需求,同时验证了理论计算的准确性;工作装置液压系统能够在规定时间内驱动工作装置完成拱形骨架护坡坡面的开槽、坡面平整与水泥滑模等施工任务。In order to realize the high efficiency,fast and safe construction of highway slope arch skeleton slope protection,and improve the automation and intelligence level of construction,a complete set of mechanical equipment working device for slope protection skeleton construction and its hydraulic system were designed.According to the structure and working principle of the slope protection skeleton construction equipment and working device,the hydraulic system schematic diagram was drawn up,and the hydraulic system key component parameters were calculated and the selection was completed.Based on the schematic diagram,AMESim software was used to simulate the hydraulic system,and the feasibility of the hydraulic system and component was verified.Finally,on the basis of theoretical calculation and simulation,the functional verification of the hydraulic system prototype was completed.The results show that the simulation results are consistent with the theoretical analysis,which meets the demand of arch skeleton slope protection construction,and verifies the accuracy of the theoretical calculation.The hydraulic system of the working device can drive the working device to complete the construction tasks such as grooving,slope levelling and cement sliding film of arch skeleton slope protection within the specified time.
