摘 要:在动车组车内和车底喷涂阻尼涂料能有效地减震降噪,提高乘客乘坐舒适性。当前动车组阻尼涂料仍采用人工喷涂方式,喷涂质量依赖工人经验,难以保证车体大面积喷涂的一致性要求,且工人存在较高的职业健康风险。设计阻尼涂料机器人自动喷涂系统。为进一步优化喷涂工艺参数,针对固瑞克645扇形喷嘴进行研究并建立其几何模型,通过SpaceClaim软件抽取流体域,基于层流模型在Fluent中研究喷嘴内部的压力场与速度场分布,利用离散相模型(DPM)模拟阻尼涂料在喷嘴外部的雾化和沉积机制,探索适宜自动喷涂工艺的入口压力、喷涂枪距和枪速。可知:入口压力在20 MPa时喷嘴内部流场达到较优的状态;枪距为600 mm时,沉积的膜厚均匀性较好;当枪速为0.1 m/s时,膜厚约为3 mm,适用于车内地板和车身侧围的喷涂;当枪速为0.15 m/s,膜厚约为2 mm,适用于车厢顶部的喷涂。研究结果为动车组车内阻尼涂料的自动喷涂提供了理论和技术支撑。Spraying damping coatings inside and underneath train sets can effectively reduce vibration and noise,improving passenger comfort.Currently,damping coatings for train sets are still applied manually,which makes it difficult to ensure consistency in large-area application on the car body and poses a high occupational health risk for workers.An automatic robot spraying system was presented for damping coatings.To optimize the spraying process parameters,a study was conducted on the Graco 645 fan nozzle.The geometric model was established and the fluid domain was extracted using SpaceClaim software.The pressure and velocity field distribution inside the nozzle were studied based on the laminar model in Fluent.The atomization and deposition mechanism of damping coatings on the outside of the nozzle were also simulated using the discrete phase model(DPM),to investigate the appropriate inlet pressure,spraying gun distance,and gun speed for the automatic spraying process.It can be concluded that when the inlet pressure is 20 MPa,the internal flow field of the nozzle reaches an optimal state;when the spray gun distance is 600 mm,the uniformity of the deposited coating thickness is optimal;when the gun speed is 0.1 m/s,the coating thickness is approximately 3 mm,making it suitable for spraying the interior floor and sidewalls of the EMU;when the gun speed is 0.15 m/s,the coating thickness is approximately 2 mm,which is suitable for spraying the ceiling of the EMU.The results offer theoretical and technical support for the automatic spraying of damping coatings on the interior of moving train sets.
