摘　　要：基于“火与元气不两立”探讨非肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的病机及治法。总结其发病关键在于“气火失调”,元气虚为发病伊始,阴火盛为病进之要,治疗当注重温脾启元以潜藏浮阳、甘温益气以祛除郁热,为非肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征临床辨证施治提供新思路。The pathogenesis and treatment of non-obese polycystic ovary syndrome are explored based on the theory of"fire and original qi incompatibility".The onset of the disease is attributed to original qi deficiency,while its progression is driven by yin fire excess.In terms of treatment,emphasis should be placed on invigorating the spleen and activating hidden yang to restore balance,as well as replenishing qi to eliminate stagnant heat.This approach offers a novel perspective for clinically managing non-obese polycystic ovary syndrome through syndrome differentiation.
