摘 要:企业数字化、绿色化转型是顺应新经济形态的重要特征,也是助力产业转型升级的重要趋势。以2002-2023年美股上市的体育用品制造企业为研究样本,广泛收集企业环境、社会和治理相关数据以及生态创新数据,结合文本分析法测度企业数字化转型程度,实证检验数字化转型对体育用品制造企业生态创新及可持续发展绩效的影响。研究发现:数字化转型能显著提升体育用品制造企业在生态工艺创新和生态产品创新的表现,进而为企业的可持续发展绩效奠定坚实基础并激发其增长潜力。异质性检验发现:体育用品制造企业规模越大,所属行业知识技术越密集,所在国家数字经济越发达,数字化转型对其生态创新及可持续发展绩效的驱动作用越显著。研究认为,体育用品制造企业应根据自身优势,将数字化纳入其长期战略规划,在工艺、产品、组织管理各环节融入生态创新,从而不断提升其可持续发展绩效。The digital and green transformation of enterprises is a significant characteristic of adapting to the new economic landscape,as well as an important trend in facilitating industrial upgrading and transformation.Taking the U.S listed sporting goods manufacturing companies from 2002 to 2023 as the research sample,this paper empirically tested the impact of digital transformation on the eco-innovation and sustainability performance of sporting goods manufacturing firms.It was found that digital transformation could significantly improve the performance of sporting goods manufacturers in eco-process innovation and eco-product innovation,which in turn laid a solid foundation for their sustainability performance and stimulates their growth potential.The heterogeneity test showed that the larger the sporting goods manufacturing companies were,the more knowledge and technology intensive the industry they belonged to.The more developed the digital economy of the country in which they were located,the more significant the driving effect of digital transformation was on their eco-innovation and sustainability performance.It was concluded that sporting goods manufacturers should incorporate digitalization into their long-term strategic planning based on their own strengths,and incorporate eco-innovation into their processes,products,organization and management in order to continuously improve their sustainability performance.
