摘 要:传统武术师徒制是在武术技艺基础上衍生出的一种传承文化和制度,是传统武术传承和可持续发展的主要方式与文化特质。运用文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法与历史考据法对教化传承中武术师徒制的基本特性与文化内涵进行挖掘和探析。对师徒所遵循的传本性、持续性、体悟性、本源性、契约制、尊卑性等武术基本特性进行阐释研讨,提出其中所暗含的躬身传教、德技兼修等武德要求,同心同行凝聚一心等文化内涵,为新时代体育人才教化传承的武术技法创新、冷门项目传承、打造全方位教育提供新观点,为深化现代教育立德树人作用、铸牢中华民族共同体意识提供新思路,为现代体育教化、人才培养和传承武术技艺,乃至教育体制发展和改革等提供理论支撑与价值探索。Traditional Wushu master-apprentice system is a kind of inheritance culture and system derived from the basis of Wushu skills,which is the main way and cultural trait of the traditional Wushu inheritance and sustainable development.This paper analyzes the basic characteristics and cultural connotations of the master-apprentice system of Wushu in the transmission of education and culture through literature study,interview,logical analysis and historical study.The traditional master-apprentice relationship in martial arts,emphasizing the transmission of skills,continuity,experiential learning,foundational principles,contractual obligations,and hierarchical respect.It suggests that these characteristics imply a hands-on approach to teaching,the cultivation of both virtue and skill,and a unified cultural spirit.The discussion aims to offer new perspectives on the innovation of martial arts techniques,the inheritance of less popular disciplines,and the creation of comprehensive education in the context of cultivating sports talents in the new era.It also seeks to provide fresh ideas for deepening the roles of modern education in fostering moral integrity and strengthening the sense of community among the Chinese nation.Furthermore,it intends to supply theoretical support and value exploration for modern physical education,talent development,inheritance of martial arts skills,as well as the advancement and reform of the educational system.
