摘　　要：运动员选材作为竞技体育的开端,对体育事业的发展起着至关重要的作用,在以往的过程中教练员偏好经验选材,运动员靠兴趣和身体感受选择体育项目,阻碍了运动表现的最大限度提升,而人工智能技术的发展为运动员选材提供了重要机遇。采用文献资料法等方法,从计算机视觉、智能可穿戴设备、大数据等人工智能核心技术出发梳理目前人工智能辅助选材的应用进展,认为“AI+运动员选材”在数据收集、人才识别、潜力预测、模型构建方面具有发展机遇,同时在弱势技术设计、数据质量、伦理风险与隐私、模型泛化以及法规制度方面面临挑战。此外,尝试开发一个人工智能辅助的数字运动员选材系统,优化选材过程,探索结合和扩展现有数字运动系统的可能性。With the growing emphasis on competitive sports and the continuous advancement of athletic performance worldwide,the integration of artificial intelligence(AI)technology into sports has become a prominent topic in both domestic and international research.Traditionally,athlete selection has relied on coaches’experience,while athletes have chosen sports based on personal interest and physical perception,often limiting the full realization of their potential.However,AI technology presents significant opportunities to enhance the selection process.This study employed a literature review and other research methods to examine the current progress of AI assisted athlete selection,focusing on key AI technologies such as computer vision,smart wearable devices,and big data.It highlighted the opportunities AI brought to data collection,talent identification,potential assessment,and model development while also addressing challenges such as technical limitations,data quality concerns,ethical and privacy risks,model generalization issues,and gaps in legal and regulatory frameworks.Furthermore,this paper explored the development of an AI assisted digital athlete selection system to optimize the selection process and investigated the potential for integrating and expanding existing digital sports systems.In conclusion,AI has the potential to revolutionize athlete selection by optimizing selection models,identifying high potential sports talent,and offering new perspectives for the future development of competitive sports in China.
