摘 要:目的:组学技术的发展为精准评估个体之间的差异提供了强有力的支撑,在精准营养/个性化营养领域备受关注。方法:通过查阅国内外文献对组学技术在精准营养/个性化营养评估及干预中的研究进展进行归纳总结;概述了基因组学、表观遗传学、代谢组学、肠道微生物组学和多组学等技术在精准营养/个性化营养干预评估中的应用进展。结果:组学技术在精准营养的/个性化营养应用已经积累了一定的科学数据,数据具有个性化和多维度特征,在肥胖、脑卒中、不良妊娠和血脂异常的精准干预,餐后血糖精准预测以及改善健康风险等方面有积极的探索应用。结论:组学技术在精准营养和个性化营养评估中起重要作用,在精准营养和个性化营养的发展完善中有广阔的应用前景。【Objective】The development of omics technologies has provided powerful support or precise evaluation of individual differences,and has been extensively studied in the field of precision nutrition or personalized nutrition in recent years.【Method】The research progress of omics technologies in precision nutrition of personalized nutrition intervention assessment was summarized by reviewing domestic and foreign literature.We introduced the progress of genetics,epigenetics,metabolomics,gut microbiome,and multi-omics technologies in precision nutrition or personalized nutrition intervention assessment.【Result】The application of omics technologies in precision nutrition or personalized nutrition has accumulated certain scientific data,which is characterized by personalized and multidimensional features.There have been positive explorations and applications in precision intervention for cerebral infarction,adverse pregnancy outcomes,dyslipidemia,postprandial glucose precision prediction,health risk improvement and so on.【Conclusion】Omics technologies play an important role in precision nutrition or personalized nutrition assessment,and have broad application prospects in the development of precision nutrition or personalized nutrition.
