摘　　要：目的:总结精准营养的创新研究,并将精准营养在慢性代谢性疾病的预防与治疗中的各种形式进行比较,归纳出基于精准营养预防和治疗慢性代谢性疾病的新策略。方法:对以糖尿病、高血压、脂质代谢异常为代表的慢性代谢性疾病的现有临床数据、文献、报告及政策法规等梳理分析,指出精准营养在慢性代谢性疾病预防与治疗中的作用。结果:提出了精确、有效的慢性代谢性疾病精准营养治疗的具体方案。结论:精准营养可为慢性代谢性疾病患者的身体健康提供切实保障。【Objective】To summarize the research progress on precision nutrition,compare various forms of precision nutrition in the prevention and treatment of chronic metabolic diseases,and summarize new strategies for the prevention and treatment of chronic metabolic diseases based on precision nutrition.【Method】The existing clinical data,literature,reports,policies and regulations of chronic metabolic diseases represented by diabetes,hypertension and abnormal lipid metabolism were reviewed and analyzed,and the impact of precision nutrition in the prevention and treatment of chronic metabolic diseases was further pointed out.【Result】Precise and effective realization schemes for treating chronic metabolic diseases by using precision nutrition were proposed.【Conclusion】Precision nutrition can provides a practical guarantee for the good condition of patients with chronic metabolic diseases.
