摘　　要：目的:立足新时期发展需求,探寻确保国家粮食安全的可持续发展路径,以应对资源约束、气候变化与全球供应链风险等多重挑战。方法:基于文献调查、政策梳理、比较分析等方法,系统阐述我国粮食安全的现实基础及其面临的问题挑战。结果:通过“保护-调控-创新-激励-减损”策略,可提升粮食全链条韧性,实现供需动态平衡与资源高效利用,推动粮食安全向绿色可持续模式转型。结论:保障国家粮食安全根本在耕地保护,手段在收储调控,关键在科技创新,动力在政策支持,途径在节约减损。保障国家粮食安全需要多措并举形成合力,为推动经济高质量发展提供坚实基础支撑。【Objective】To explore sustainable development pathways for ensuring national food security in the new era,addressing challenges such as resource constraints,climate change,and global supply chain risks,thereby consolidating the foundation of national security and social stability.【Method】Based on literature review,policy analysis,and comparative research,this study systematically elaborates the current realities of China’s food security and identifies key challenges.【Result】The"protection-regulation-innovationincentiveloss reduction"five-pronged strategy enhances resilience across the entire food supply chain,achieves dynamic supply-demand balance and resource efficiency,and drives the transition toward a green,sustainable food security model.【Conclusion】Safeguarding national food security fundamentally relies on farmland protection,utilizes storage and regulation as the means,prioritizes technological innovation as the core,draws momentum from policy incentives,and adopts loss reduction as the pathway.A coordinated,multi-mechanism approach is essential to form synergies,providing a robust foundation for high-quality economic development.
