摘　　要：文章介绍了采用J42^(S)棉纱(经纱)与24Nm亚麻纱(纬纱)在ItemaGalileoRX提花织机上织造大提花织物的研发过程,阐述利用薯莨萃取液作为染料,浸染、暴晒重复多次,再通过河泥作为涂层,开发不同色彩的J42^(S)棉/24Nm麻大提花香云纱的生产工艺,并对其产品的色牢度及抗菌性能进行分析,为香云纱开发提供参考。The development process of using J42s cotton yarn(warp)and 24 Nm linen yarn(weft)to weave jacquard fabric on Itema GalileoRX jacquard loom is introduced.The production process of J42s cotton/24 Nm linen jacquard Xiangyun yarn of different colors is developed by using the extract of yam as dye,repeatedly immersing and exposing it to the sun,and then using river mud as coating.The color fastness and antibacterial properties of the product are analyzed.It provides reference for the development of fragrant cloud yarn.
