摘 要:筒纱作为纺纱最后工序的产物与织造首道工序的材料,具有“纺”和“织”的桥梁作用。设计新的自动取纱装置,能更好满足全自动打包系统筒纱自动搬运的生产需要。为提升筒纱自动取纱装置的运行稳定性,降低产品成本,文章对原有筒纱自动取纱装置进行改进设计。通过对筒纱转向机构和筒纱提升机构的机械改进,利用现有成型产品替代机械加工装配结构,实现降低故障率及产品成本、节约装配时间的目的,对生产实践具有重要意义。As the product of the final spinning process and the material of the first weaving process,tube yarn plays a bridging role between spinning and weaving.Design a new automatic tube yarn lifting device that can better meet the production needs of automatic yarn handling in automatic packaging systems.In order to improve the operational stability of the automatic tube yarn lifting device and reduce product costs.Improved the design of the original automatic yarn lifting device for cylindrical yarn.Through mechanical improvements to the yarn turning mechanism and yarn lifting mechanism,existing molded products have been used to replace mechanical processing and assembly structures.The goal of reducing failure rates,lowering product costs,and saving assembly time is of great significance to the production practice.
