摘　　要：纺织行业作为传统制造业的重要组成部分,其知识产权保护尤为重要。文章通过对纺织行业知识产权法律保护体系深入研究,分析现行法律框架对纺织技术创新、设计成果以及商业秘密的保护力度,探讨行业内知识产权保护现状与挑战,并提出加强立法及执法力度,提高行业知识产权保护意识及建立行业内部知识产权管理机制等建议,为推动纺织行业知识产权保护工作提供参考。The textile industry as an important part of the traditional manufacturing industry,in the current economic globalization and the rapid development of the knowledge economy under the background,its intellectual property protection is particularly important.Through the in-depth study of the legal protection system of intellectual property in the textile industry,this paper analyzes the current legal framework for the protection of textile technology innovation,design results and trade secrets,discusses the status quo and challenges of intellectual property protection in the industry,and puts forward the strengthening legislation and law enforcement,improve the industry's awareness of intellectual property protection,and establish the industry's internal intellectual property management mechanism and other suggestions,to promote the textile industry's intellectual property protection work to provide reference.
