数字化微扰动搅拌桩在敏感环境深基坑中的应用研究

摘  要:基于常规水泥土搅拌桩施工扰动大、数字化程度低等问题,本文介绍了数字化微扰动搅拌桩(DMP工法)装备和工艺的技术创新。并通过深厚粉土中的现场成桩试验检验了施工影响以及成桩质量,主要结论如下:通过采用上下转换喷浆、多层可变角度叶片以及搅拌次数的数字化控制,显著提升了DMP工法搅拌桩成桩的均匀性,15%的水泥掺量桩体强度可以达到0.8MPa,并且取芯检测显示芯样完整度高、均匀连续、胶结度好;数字化控制系统通过调整施工中的地内压力,降低了对周边地层的扰动,实测距离桩中心2 m处最大水平位移为3.89 mm。The Digital Micro-disturbance mixing Pile(DMP)method is introduced in this paper as a technological innovation to address the shortcomings of conventional deep mixing,such as significant installation disturbances and low digitalization level.Field tests are conducted to investigate the construction influences and pile quality.The following main conclusions are obtained:by utilizing penetration and withdraw switching grouting,the multi-layer variable angle blades and the number of mixing times,the piling uniformity is significantly improved.In deep silty soil layers,a cement content of 15%achieves the UCS with 0.8MPa,validated by core sampling indicating high integrity,uniformity,and good consolidation.The digital construction system effectively manages the stratum pressure during construction,minimizing the disturbance to surrounding soils,and the maximum horizontal displacement measured at the 2 meters from the pile center is 3.89mm.
