摘　　要：区域整体开发是新型的集约开发建设模式,但在其庞大且复杂的体系中,缺乏统一的地理空间数字底座,不利于整体开发区域的全面数字化建设。本文基于城市数字化转型要求,结合区域整体开发特点,分析建设统一的地理空间数字底座需求,围绕数据和平台两方面,从数据的标准、构成、更新及平台的服务能力建设展开,提出满足区域整体开发建设需求的地理空间数字底座的实施路径,并对服务征收、规划、建设、运营等不同阶段的应用场景提出展望。The overall development of region is a new type of intensive development and construction mode,but its system is huge and complex.Lack of a unified geographic digital base is not conducive to the comprehensive digital construction of the overall development of region.Based on the requirements of urban digital transformation and the characteristics of overall regional development,this article analyzes the demand of geospatial digital base for the overall development of region.It also proposes ways to build a geographic digital base from data and platform aspects,including data standards,composition,updates,and platform service capabilities.The application scenarios in different stages of collection,planning,construction and operation are prospected.
