摘　　要：时空信息数据产品是数字中国与智慧城市建设的重要战略性资源和核心生产要素。雄安新区作为具有国家重大战略意义的未来之城,对时空地理信息的需求显得尤为迫切和关键。本文分析了雄安新区时空地理信息数据资源的现状和需求,设计出数据产品体系框架,详细阐述数据产品分类分级与规格、生产与管理流程,并探讨数据产品的应用服务。新区的时空信息数据产品体系不仅遵循国家新型基础测绘要求,还充分考虑新区战略定位和发展需求,突出新区特色,在内容、形式、服务、管理、技术等方面进行创新。将该体系用于新区自然资源和规划管理部门时空地理信息产品的生产组织管理和体系建设,可为雄安新区的国土空间规划、自然资源管理、城市规划建设、城市精细化管理等提供数据资源保障,支撑雄安新区高效政务体系打造、优质公共服务构建、生态系统整体保护等。未来,雄安新区时空地理信息数据产品体系将持续完善和创新,为智慧城市建设和社会经济发展注入新的活力。Spatiotemporal information data products serve as vital strategic resources and core production factors for the construction of Digital China and smart cities.As a future city with national strategic significance,Xiong′an New Area has an especially urgent and critical need for spatiotemporal geographic information.This paper analyzes the current status and demand of spatiotemporal geographic information data resources in Xiong′an New Area,designs a product framework,elaborates on the classification,grading,specifications,production,and management processes of data products,and discusses their application services.The spatiotemporal information data product system in Xiong′an New Area not only complies with national requirements for new-type fundamental surveying and mapping but also fully considers the strategic positioning and development needs of the new area,highlighting its unique features and innovating in terms of content,form,service,management,and technology.This system is used for the production,organization,management,and system construction of spatiotemporal geographic information products by the natural resources and planning management departments of the new area.It provides data resource support for land spatial planning,natural resource management,urban planning and construction,and urban fine management in Xiong′an New Area,and supports the development of an efficient government system,the establishment of high-quality public services,and the overall protection of ecosystems.In the future,the spatiotemporal geographic information data product system of Xiong′an New Area will continue to improve and innovate,injecting new vitality into smart city construction and socio-economic development.
