台山河蚬胚胎发育和繁殖方式研究

摘  要:开展台山河蚬的胚胎繁殖和胚胎发育试验。结果表明,台山地区河蚬同时兼具孵化型和非孵化型2种繁殖方式,且2种繁殖方式可发生在同一个体中。其一是生殖细胞可排放到内鳃中完成受精并进行胚胎发育,发育至匍匐运动的稚贝阶段,再通过出水孔排出体外进入水环境中;其二是生殖细胞可自然排出体外进入水环境中,并在水中受精发育,受精卵在水底粘黏成团,经3 h发育成囊胚,9 h发育至担轮幼虫早期,破膜孵化成担轮幼虫中期,约12 h进入面盘幼虫期,约4 d可从受精卵发育至可匍匐运动的稚贝,大小约220μm。指出,在河蚬人工育苗的生产过程中,应重视担轮幼虫破受精膜孵化阶段和面盘幼虫变态发育阶段,为河蚬胚胎提供良好的发育条件,提高河蚬胚胎发育的成功率。Embryonic reproduction and embryonic development experiments of Corbicula fluminea in the taishan area were carried out.The results showed that there were both hatching and non-hatching reproduction methods in Taishan area,and the two reproduction modes could occur in the same individual.One is that the germ cells can be discharged into the inner demibranch to complete fertilization and embryonic development,develop to the juvenile stage of creeping movement,and then be discharged into the water outside the body through the water outlet hole;The fertilized eggs are adhesed into a clump at the bottom of the water,develop into blastocysts after 3 h,develop into early trochal larvae at 9 h,hatch into the middle stage of trochophora larvae after breaking the membrane,enter the larval stage of the disc about 12 h,and develop from the zygote to the creeping juvenile with a size of about 220μm in about 4 days.It is pointed out that in the production process of artificial seedlings of Corbicula fluminea,attention should be paid to the incubation stage of the larvae breaking the fertilization membrane and the metamorphosis development stage of the disc larvae,so as to provide good development conditions for the embryos of the Corbicula fluminea and improve the success rate of the embryonic development of the Corbicula fluminea.
