3种抗菌药物对水产病原菌的抑菌效果研究

摘  要:采用琼脂扩散法,测试了浓戊二醛、标碘和纳米银3种药物对水产养殖常见的6种致病性病原菌不动杆菌T4(Acinetobacter T4)、恶臭假单胞菌T1(Pseudomonas putida T1)、霍乱弧菌G1(Vibrio cholerae G1)、维氏气单胞菌C2(Aeromonas veronii C2)、嗜水气单胞菌B1(Aeromonas hydrophila B1)和爱德华氏菌A1(Edwardsiella A1)的体外抑菌活性;采用二倍稀释法测定了其最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果表明,3种药物的体外抑菌效果从大到小依次为纳米银、浓戊二醛、标碘,其中纳米银对爱德华菌的MIC和MBC仅为0.001和0.002 g/L。指出,纳米银是一种极具潜力的水产养殖病害预防药物,能在较低浓度下有效抑制多种病原菌生长,使用时应根据MIC与MBC值综合选择用药量,避免药物残留,影响生态平衡。The agar diffusion method was used to test the in vitro antibacterial activity of three drugs,concentrated glutaraldehyde,iodine,and nanosilver,against six common pathogenic bacteria in aquaculture:Acinetobacter T4,Pseudomonas putida T1,Vibrio cholerae G1,Aeromonas veronii C2,Aeromonas hydrophila B1,and Edwardsiella A1.Their minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)were determined using the double dilution method.The results showed that the in vitro antibacterial effects of the three drugs were as follows:Nano silver>concentrated glutaraldehyde>standard iodine.Among them,the MIC and MBC of nano silver against Edwardian bacteria were only 0.001 g/L and 0.002 g/L,respectively.According to experiments,nanosilver is a highly promising preventive drugs for aquaculture diseases that can effectively inhibit the growth of various pathogens at low concentrations.However,when using it,the dosage should be selected based on the MIC and MBC values to avoid drug residue and affecting ecological balance.
