摘  要:骨髓成分在整个生命过程中随着正常成熟过程和应激发生变化,最大的生理性骨髓成分变化发生在婴儿期和儿童期。尽管这种过程持续在整个成年期,但转换速度要慢得多。磁共振成像(Magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)为当前骨髓疾病的影像诊断及评估提供了新的可能性。与其他成像方式相比,MRI是唯一能够直接可视化骨髓及其不同成分的技术。正常的骨髓信号取决于黄骨髓和红骨髓的比例和分布,这些比例和分布会随年龄、病理和治疗而发生变化。正常红/黄骨髓和病理性骨髓中的脂肪、水分含量及位置的不同在MRI序列中会产生不同信号,本文综述骨髓MRI在恶性血液系统疾病中应用的最新进展。The bone marrow composition changes throughout life in response to normal maturation and stress.The greatest physiologic marrow composition change occurs during infancy and childhood.Although this maturation process continues throughout adulthood,it occurs at a much slower pace.Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)provides new possibilities for current imaging diagnosis and evaluation of bone marrow.Compared with other imaging modalities,MRI is the only technique that can directly visualize bone marrow and its various components.The normal pattern of bone marrow depends on the proportion and distribution of yellow and red marrow,which can change with age,pathology,and treatment.Different signal intensities are generated in MRI sequences due to variations in the content and location of fat and water in normal and pathological bone marrow.This article presents the latest advance and perspectives on the application of MRI in malignant hematologic disease.
