摘　　要：阐述了福格行为模型的理论框架、在健康管理领域中的应用现状。提出福格行为模型为健康行为改变的预测和干预提供了理论框架,应用于慢性病管理、疫苗接种、性健康和生殖健康、体质量管理及康复训练产品设计中均取得良好效果,护理人员应提高对福格行为模型的认识,推进该理论在护理实践中的应用。The theoretical framework of the Fogg Behavior Model and its application in health management are discussed.It is proposed that the Fogg Behavior Model provides a theoretical framework for prediction and intervention of health behavior change.It is effective in chronic disease management,vaccination,sexual and reproductive health,body weight management,and the design of rehabilitation training products.Nurses should improve understanding of the Fogg Behavior Model and push the application of this model in nursing practice.
