数字经济赋能低碳发展的动力机制和实现路径研究

摘　　要：随着现代技术的快速发展,数字经济已成为推动低碳发展的重要引擎。如何通过数字经济赋能低碳发展,成为当前的一个学术热点问题。数字经济作为新兴经济形态,通过智能化的数据分析、支持低碳能源普及、促进产业升级、生产和消费应用等机制赋能低碳发展的智能化、集约化、数字化、网络化。数字经济赋能低碳发展的路径是多方面的,既包括技术支撑,也涉及政策引导和人才培养。政府利用数字经济赋能低碳发展,需要加强人工智能、云计算等技术研发,推动数字经济和低碳发展相融合;加强政策引导,推动数字基础设施建设;加强人才培养,推动人力资源数字化转型。数字经济赋能低碳发展有助于提升低碳发展的战略地位,促进经济社会发展全面绿色转型。With the rapid advancement of technology,the digital economy has become a significant engine for promoting low-carbon development.How to enable low-carbon development through the digital economy has emerged as a current academic focus.As a new economic form,the digital economy facilitates the intelligence,intensification,digitization,and networking of low-carbon development through mechanisms such as data analysis,supporting the adoption of low-carbon energy,promoting industrial upgrading,and influencing production and consumption.The pathways for the digital economy to enable low-carbon development are multifaceted,encompassing both technological support and policy guidance,as well as talent development.To leverage the digital economy for low-carbon development,governments need to enhance research and development in technologies such as artificial intelligence and cloud computing to integrate the digital economy with low-carbon development,strengthen policy guidance to promote digital infrastructure construction,and focus on talent cultivation to drive the digital transformation of human resources.Digital economy enabling low-carbon development helps to enhance the strategic position of low-carbon development and promote comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development.
