摘　　要：基于国内外数字经济研究成果,从数字经济的定义、测度、研究视角、特征等方面进行详细的文献梳理,着重对数字经济驱动经济高质量发展内在机制的研究进行阐述,最后提出进一步发展数字经济的建议并展望数字经济理论的未来。已有研究表明,数字经济的发展会促进经济的高质量发展。微观层面上,数字经济通过提升全要素生产率、助推新型消费扩容、提高创新效率来推动经济高质量发展。宏观层面上,依托于数字技术,经济发展的时空约束被削弱,数字经济重塑经济地理格局;数字技术推动普惠金融的发展,促进经济的包容性增长。Based on domestic and international research achievements in the digital economy studies,this paper presents a comprehensive literature review from the perspectives of definition,measurement,research approaches,and characteristics of the digital economy.It particularly highlights the intrinsic mechanisms through which the digital economy fosters high-quality economic development.Finally,it offers recommendations for further advancing the digital economy and envisions the future of digital economy theory.Existing research indicates that the growth of the digital economy facilitates high-quality economic expansion.At the micro level,the digital economy enhances high-quality economic development by improving total factor productivity,expanding new consumption forms,and increasing innovation efficiency.At the macro level,by leveraging digital technologies,the temporal and spatial constraints of economic development are diminished,and the digital economy reconfigures economic geography.Moreover,digital technologies advance the development of inclusive finance and promote inclusive economic growth.
