摘 要:随着高校毕业生数量逐年攀升及经济增长放缓,就业形势愈发严峻。“慢就业”现象逐渐凸显,催生出的待业毕业生群体,已经成为当前就业工作的重点和难点。在这一趋势中,就业工作阵地逐渐从高校向社区转移,就业压力也从高校传导到社区。在人民城市理念主导下,国家通过各类政策推动资源下沉社区一线,不断提升基层治理效能。当前,“15分钟就业服务圈”已初步形成,结合嵌入式服务设施建设,社区应有更多“慢就业”应对路径。具体而言:第一,加强社区就业服务站点建设;第二,建立高校-社区就业工作协同机制;第三,关注待业毕业生心理健康;第四,拓宽待业毕业生就业渠道。With the number of college graduates rising year by year,economic growth has slowed down,and the employment situation has become increasingly severe.The phenomenon of“slow employment”has gradually become prominent,and the unemployed graduates who have been spawned have become the focus and difficulty of current employment work.In this trend,the employment promotion service is gradually transferred from colleges to communities,and the employment pressure is also transmitted from colleges to communities.Under the guidance of the concept of people-oriented city,the state promotes resources to sink to the front line of communities through various policies,and continuously improves the effectiveness of grassroots governance.At present,the“15-minute employment service circle”has been initially formed,combined with the construction of embedded service facilities,the community should have more solutions.Specifically speaking,first,strengthen the construction of community employment service stations;second,the establishment of college-community employment cooperation mechanism;third,pay attention to the mental health of unemployed graduates;fourth,expand the employment channels for unemployed graduates.
