摘　　要：目的为利福平在肝病治疗中的临床应用提供参考。方法采用计算机检索Web of Science,PubMed,Medline,Embase,The Cochrane Library等数据库中2000年1月至2024年10月利福平治疗肝病的相关文献,分析利福平在不同肝病治疗中的作用机制,总结其临床应用的安全性及有效性。结果与结论利福平长期使用具有肝毒性,但其能通过尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖醛酸转移酶1A1、细胞色素P450(CYP450)酶、CYP3A4等多种介质诱导胆汁酸排泄,改善慢性肝病的瘙痒、黄疸等问题,短时间用于慢性肝病是安全且有效的。Objective To provide a reference for the clinical application of rifampicin in the treatment of liver disease.Methods Relevant literature in databases such as Web of Science,PubMed,Medline,Embase,The Cochrane Library were searched from January 2000 to October 2024.The mechanism of rifampicin in the treatment of different liver diseases was analyzed,and the safety and efficacy of its clinical application were summarized.Results and Conclusion Long-term use of rifampicin has hepatotoxicity,but it can induce bile acid excretion through various mediators such as uridine diphosphate glucuronosyltransferase 1A1,cytochrome P450(CYP450)enzyme,CYP3A4,etc.,and it can improve itching,jaundice and other problems in chronic liver disease.Short-term use of rifampicin in chronic liver disease is safe and effective.
