摘　　要：水样的采样和保存是水质分析的重要环节,正确的样品采集和保存方法是准确获取水质分析结果的前提。GB/T 5750.1~5750.13—2023《生活饮用水标准检验方法》于2023年10月1日起实施,是开展饮用水样品采集和保存工作的主要参考依据。GB/T 5750.2规定了水样采集和保存的基本要求和原则,GB/T 5750.4~5750.13规定了各类指标水样采集和保存的具体要求,本文结合GB/T 5750.2、GB/T 5750.4~5750.13,归纳了不同水质指标不同检测方法的样品采集和保存要求,总结了生活饮用水水质常规指标和全分析指标水样采集和保存要求。进一步探讨了水样保存时间、保存剂添加中存在的问题。为相关机构开展水质监测现场工作提供参考,具有一定的实践指导价值。Collecting and preserving water samples are critical steps in water quality analysis.Proper methods of sample collection and preservation are prerequisites for obtaining accurate water quality analysis results.The"Standard Examination Methods for Drinking Water"(GB/T 5750.1–5750.13–2023)came into effect on October 1,2023,and serves as the primary reference for conducting the collection and preservation of drinking water samples.GB/T 5750.2specifies the basic requirements and principles for collecting and preserving water samples,while GB/T 5750.4–5750.13outlines the specific requirements for collecting and preserving water samples for various indicators.This article,based on GB/T 5750.2 and GB/T 5750.4–5750.13,summarizes the sample collection and preservation requirements for various water quality indicators and test methods,and compiles the sample collection and preservation requirements for routine and comprehensive analytical indicators of drinking water quality.It also examines issues related to the duration of water sample preservation and the addition of preservatives,with the aim of providing references for relevant institutions conducting on-site water quality monitoring.
