铜和乙烯处理对花生白藜芦醇合成酶基因及相关基因的影响

摘  要:为了确定铜和乙烯处理下花生白藜芦醇合成酶基因以及转录因子,采用高效液相色谱法测定白藜芦醇含量,对应处理组进行转录组学测定和生物信息学分析。结果表明,0.1 mmol/L铜处理可促进花生产生白藜芦醇,5 mmol/L乙烯处理下花生白藜芦醇含量十分微量,铜和乙烯组合处理下花生白藜芦醇含量较少,比铜处理组下的含量少92.2%,比乙烯处理下的含量多8.4倍。铜和乙烯处理对白藜芦醇合成酶基因STS1、STS2、STS3的启动起到正调控作用,转录因子MYB4、MYB73与白藜芦醇合成酶基因有良好的结合位点。In order to determine the resveratrol synthase gene and transcription factors of peanut under copper and ethylene treatment,the resveratrol content was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),and transcriptomics and bioinformatics analysis were performed on the corresponding treatment groups.The results showed that 0.1 mmol/L copper treatment could promote the production of resveratrol in peanuts.Under 5 mmol/L ethylene treatment,the resveratrol content in peanuts was very ting.Under the combination of copper and ethylene treatment,the resveratrol content in peanuts was lower,92.2%lower than that under copper treatment and 8.4 times higher than that under ethylene treatment.Copper and ethylene treatment have a positive regulatory effect on the activation of resveratrol synthase genes STS1,STS2 and STS3,and transcription factors MYB4 and MYB73 have good binding sites with resveratrol synthase genes.
