亏缺灌溉对向日葵幼苗生长及喷施SA前后抗氧化酶活性的影响

摘  要:以本地区主栽的向日葵品种SF363为试验材料,研究不同亏缺灌溉处理(灌溉量80%、60%、40%处理)对向日葵生长指标的影响,分析喷施水杨酸(SA)前后不同灌溉处理对叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果表明,随着灌溉量由80%下降到40%,向日葵幼苗的生长逐渐受到抑制,呈现出轻度、中度、重度胁迫现象。随着灌溉亏缺程度的增加,MDA含量和SOD活性呈现较稳定水平,POD活性受到显著抑制,CAT活性呈先下降后升高的趋势。喷施SA后,随着亏缺程度的加剧,MDA含量呈先稳定后升高的趋势,SOD活性呈上下波动趋势,POD活性呈下降趋势,CAT活性呈先升高后下降的趋势。这说明在水分亏缺较轻和中等程度情况下,喷施SA能够有效提升向日葵的修复能力,对向日葵的节水灌溉具有一定积极作用。With local main sunflower variety as the experimental material,we researched the effects of different deficit irrigation treatments on the growth indexes of sunflower seedling.We also analyzed the effects of different deficit irrigation treatments on SOD activity,POD activity,CAT activity and MDA content before and after spraying SA.The results showed that as the irrigation amount decreased from 80%to 40%,the growth of sunflower seedlings was gradually inhibited,exhibiting mild,moderate,and severe stress phenomena.As the degree of irrigation deficit increased,the MDA content and SOD activity showed relatively stable levels,while POD activity was significantly inhibited,and CAT activity showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.After spraying SA,as the deficiency degree intensified,the MDA content showed a trend of first stabilizing and then increasing,the SOD activity showed a fluctuating trend,the POD activity showed a decreasing trend,and the CAT activity showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.This indicated that spraying SA can effectively enhance the repair ability of sunflowers under mild and moderate water deficit conditions,and had a certain positive effect on water-saving irrigation of sunflowers.
