摘 要:[目的]筛选适合陕西安康地区种植的高产优质大豆品种。[方法]采用方差分析、相关分析和聚类分析对13个大豆品种株高、单株荚数和单株粒数等农艺性状的综合表现进行了评价。[结果]在相同栽培条件下,大豆产量与第一分枝高度、株高、单株荚数、单株粒数、单荚粒数呈极显著正相关。13个大豆品种可聚类为五大类群,第一大类为川农夏豆3号,第二大类为油春1024和宝豆1519,第三大类为中黄13,第四大类为秦豆2017、中黄39、金豆228、邯豆15共计4个品种,第五大类为齐黄34、秦豆2018、陕豆125、安豆203、川豆155共计5个品种。[结论]在所有参试品种中,齐黄34、秦豆2018、陕豆125、安豆203、川豆155可以作为主要种植品种在安康地区推广应用。另外,只要控好株距,采取合理的技术举措防止植株倒伏,油春1024和宝豆1519这2个品种也可以在安康地区种植。[Objective]To screen high-yield and high-quality soybean varieties suitable for planting in Ankang area of Shaanxi.[Method]Variance analysis,correlation analysis and cluster analysis were used to evaluate the comprehensive performance of agronomic traits,such as plant height,number of pods and seeds per plant in 13 soybean cultivars.[Result]The yield of soybean had a strongly and notably positive correlation with the first branch height,plant height,pods per plant,seeds per plant and seed mass per plant under the same cultivation conditions.13 summer soybean varieties were clustered into five groups.Chuannongxiadou 3 and Zhonghuang 13 were clustered into group 1 and 3,respectively.Group 2 included two cultivars of Youchun1024 and Baodou 1519.Group 4 included four cultivars of Qindou 2017,Zhonghuang 39,Jindou 228 and Handou 15.Five cultivars,such as Qihuang 34,Qindou 2018 and Shaandou 125,Andou 203,chuandou 155 were clustered into group 5.[Conclusion]Of all the varieties tested,Qihuang 34,Qindou 2018,Shaandou 125,Andou 203 and Chuandou 155 could be promoted as the main planting varieties in Ankang area.In addition,the two varieties of Youchun 1024 and Baodou 1519 were suitable to be planted in Ankang area as long as the plant spacing was well controlled and reasonable technical measures were taken to prevent plant lodging.
