摘 要:以新疆野苹果为基砧,Y-1、俄369和俄176为中间砧嫁接的华硕苹果为试材,研究伊犁河谷不同矮化中间砧对华硕苹果果实品质的影响,为该地区矮化中间砧华硕苹果的生产提供理论依据。结果表明,不同矮化中间砧对华硕苹果单果重及产量的影响较大,Y-1的单果重明显高于俄369,与俄176无显著差异,产量以俄176最高;Y-1的果形指数显著大于俄369和俄176;俄176的果实硬度显著低于俄396和Y-1;俄176的L^(*)、b^(*)、a^(*)值显著高于俄396和Y-1;Y-1的可溶性固形物含量显著低于俄396和俄176;俄396的V C含量显著高于俄176和Y-1;Y-1的总酚和总黄酮含量显著高于俄369和俄176。运用隶属函数法综合评价各项指标可知,矮化中间砧俄176嫁接的华硕苹果单果重、果形指数、果实硬度和可溶性固形物含量均优于俄396和Y-1。说明伊犁河谷地区发展华硕苹果时应以俄176作中间砧为好。The effects of different dwarfing intermediate rootstocks in Ili Valley on the fruit quality of Huashuo apple grafted with Malus sieversii as base anvil and Y-1,Russian 369 and Russian 176 as intermediate rootstocks were studied to provide a theoretical basis for the production of Huashuo apple in this region.The results showed that single fruit weight and yield of Huashuo apple were significantly affected by different dwarfing intermediate rootstocks.The fruit weight of Y-1 was significantly higher than that of Russian 369,but there was no difference between Y-1 and Russian 176,and Russian 176 was the highest yield.The fruit shape index of Y-1 was significantly higher than Russian 369 and Russian 176.The fruit hardness of Russian 176 was significantly lower than that of Russian 396 and Y-1.The values of L^(*),b^(*)and a^(*)of Russian 176 were significantly higher than those of Russian 396 and Y-1.The soluble solid content of Y-1 was significantly lower than that of Russian 396 and Russian 176.V C content of Russian 396 was significantly higher than that of Russian 176 and Y-1.The contents of total phenol and total flavone in Y-1 were significantly higher than those in Russian 369 and Russian 176.The single fruit quality,fruit shape index,fruit hardness and soluble solid content of Huashuo apple grafted with dwarf intermediate rootstocks Russian 176 were better than Russian 396 and Y-1.It is suggested that Russian 176 should be used as the middle anvil when developing Huashuo apple in Ili River Valley.
