摘 要:为解决浮叶慈姑种子出苗率低的问题,对其种子进行了不同变温和不同化学方法处理。结果表明,不同变温处理下,种子萌发率均较低,不能有效解除种子休眠;5%~20%HCl溶液处理能快速打破种子休眠,显著提高种子萌发率,而KOH和KNO_(3)溶液处理效果不明显;10%HCl溶液处理6 h的种子萌发率、发芽指数最高,分别为76.67%、20.22,2%HCl溶液处理8 h发芽势最高,为34.00%。研究结果可为解决科研及生产中浮叶慈姑种子萌发率低、发芽周期长的问题提供理论依据。To address the issue of low seed emergence rates in S.natans,Jiangxi Province and various variable temperatures and chemical treatments for seed pre-treatment were explored.The result indicated that while various temperature treatments yielded low germination rates and failed to alleviate seed dormancy effectively,treatment with 5%-20%hydrochloric acid(HCl)solutions proved effective in breaking seed dormancy and enhancing germination rates.Conversely,pre-treatments with potassium hydroxide(KOH)and potassium nitrate(KNO_(3))solutions showed no significant improvement in germination rates.Therefore,we recommend the use of HCl solution over KOH and KNO_(3)solutions for treating S.natans seeds.Additionally,seeds treated with 10%HCl solutions for 6 hours exhibited the highest germination rates and germination indices,which were 76.67%and 20.22,respectively,while seeds treated with 2%HCl solutions for 8 hours showed the highest germination potentials(34.00%).These findings offer valuable insights for addressing the challenges of low germination rates and prolonged germination periods in both research and production settings.
