摘 要:为推动赤松茸在赤峰地区的种植,以及实现番茄秸秆的高效利用,通过在赤峰市喀喇沁旗王爷府林场林下种植基地仿野生种植赤松茸,设置不同配比基质,其中番茄秸秆添加量分别为15%、30%和45%,分析不同基质配比时赤松茸的出菇时间、产量、赤松茸品质等。结果显示,不同基质处理下赤松茸出菇时间较为一致,分别在第6天、第24天出现2次出菇高峰期,其中30%番茄秸秆配比基质的总产量与无番茄秸秆基质较为接近,相差仅4.06%;不同基质配比时,赤松茸等内菇产量与总产量呈显著正相关关系(P<0.01)。由此可见,番茄秸秆作为基质对赤松茸出菇时间、等内菇产量影响较小,其中30%番茄秸秆作为赤松茸种植基质,既可保证赤松茸及等内菇产量,又可实现番茄秸秆的高效利用,还可提高经济效益。In order to promote the planting of Stropharia rugosoannulata in Chifeng area and realize the efficient utilization of tomato straw,by imitating the wild cultivation of Stropharia rugosoannulata in the understory planting base of Wangyefu Forest Farm in Kalaqin Banner of Chifeng City,different different proportions of substrates were set up,in which the amount of tomato straw added was 15%,30%and 45%,respectively.The effects of different matrix ratios on the fruiting time,yield and quality of Stropharia rugosoannulata were analyzed.The results showed that the fruiting time of Stropharia rugosoannulata was relatively consistent,and two fruiting peaks appeared on the 6th day and the 24th day,respectively.The yield of 30%tomato straw ratio matrix was close to that of the control,with a difference of nearly 4.06%.Under different substrate ratios,there was a significant positive correlation between the yield of fair quality and the total yield(P<0.01).It can be seen that tomato straw as a substrate has little effect on the fruiting time and yield of Stropharia rugosoannulata.The ratio of 30%tomato straw as the planting substrate of Tricholoma matsutake can not only ensure the yield of Stropharia rugosoannulata and fair quality,but also realize the efficient utilization of tomato straw and improve economic benefits.
