摘  要:[目的]明确典型烟田土壤呼吸碳排放差异。[方法]选择山东青岛烟区烟茬地、玉米茬地和农闲地3种不同种植方式烟田,采用静态箱-气相色谱法分析烟田土壤呼吸碳排放特征。[结果]不同种植方式下烟田土壤垄面和垄沟的CO_(2)排放通量均具有一定的差异,其中,垄面土壤的呼吸速率较大,具有较高的CO_(2)排放通量。在整个烤烟生长期间,烟田土壤CO_(2)排放通量大致呈现出“M”型变化,以农闲地的烟田土壤CO_(2)排放通量最大,平均CO_(2)排放通量为266.10 mg/(m^(2)·h),玉米茬地和烟茬地的土壤CO_(2)排放通量相对较低。利用农闲地种植烤烟土壤呼吸碳排放量较大,其次为玉米茬地和烟茬地,农闲地、玉米茬地和烟茬地种植烤烟后烟田土壤呼吸碳排放量分别为2741.07、2610.15和2442.38 kg/hm^(2)。[结论]需要结合不同种植方式烟田土壤呼吸碳排放情况,对生产技术措施进行合理调整,助力烟草农业实现绿色低碳生产。[Objective]To clarify the differences of soil respiration carbon emissions in typical tobacco fields.[Method]Three different planting methods,namely tobacco stubble,maize stubble and abandoned field,were selected in tobacco fields in Qingdao of Shandong Province.Static box-gas chromatography was used to analyze the characteristics of soil respiration carbon emissions in tobacco fields.[Result]There were differences in CO_(2)emission fluxes in ridge surface and furrow under different planting methods,among which the soil on ridge surface had higher respiration rate and higher CO_(2)emission fluxes.During the entire tobacco growth period,the CO_(2)emission flux in the tobacco field soil roughly showed an"M"-shaped change.The CO_(2)emission flux in the tobacco field soil in the abandoned field was the highest,with an average CO_(2)emission flux of 266.10 mg/(m^(2)·h).The soil CO_(2)emission flux in the maize stubble field and tobacco stubble field were relatively low.The soil respiration carbon emission of tobacco growing in the abandoned field was larger,followed by maize stubble field and tobacco stubble field.The carbon emissions of tobacco growing in the abandoned field,maize stubble field and tobacco stubble field were 2741.07,2610.15 and 2442.38 kg/hm^(2),respectively.[Conclusion]It is necessary to make reasonable adjustments to production technology measures based on soil respiration carbon emissions of tobacco fields with different planting methods to help tobacco agriculture achieve green and low-carbon production.
