有机粪水还田替代部分无机肥料对水稻产量效益与土壤理化性状的影响

摘  要:为进一步探明粪水还田对水稻产量贡献率,明确有机粪水替代化肥的实际比例,在长江农场开展粪水还田替代试验。结果表明,粪水代替15%的无机氮使用,与常规施肥相比化肥纯量节约42.00 kg/hm^(2),降幅9.14%,化肥成本节约246.6元/hm^(2),产量最高增加595.05 kg/hm^(2),增收2031.75元/hm^(2),继续增加替代量,水稻产量与土壤理化性状都有下降趋势。粪水还田后与常规施肥处理相比,稻米碾磨品质提升,食味品质与外观品质也有较好的表现,同时能够提升土壤理化性状,有利于改善生态环境与提高耕地质量。In order to further explore the contribution rate of manure water application to rice yield,and clarify the actual proportion of organic manure water instead of chemical fertilizer,we have carried out an experiment with organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer in the Yangtze River farm.The results showed that compared with conventional fertilization,when 15%of inorganic nitrogen was replaced by manure water,the pure amount of chemical fertilizer was saved by 42.00 kg/hm^(2),with a reduction rate of 9.14%.The cost of manure water application saved 246.6 yuan relative to conventional fertilization.The yield and income of manure water application were 595.05 kg/hm^(2)and 2031.75 yuan/hm^(2)higher than yield and income of conventional fertilization,respectively.However,excessive manure water application trend to the decreased of rice yield and soil health.In addition,compared with the conventional fertilizer treatment,the rice milling quality,food taste quality and appearance of manure water application was improved.Therefore,manure water application was beneficial to the ecological environment and the quality of cultivated land.
