摘 要:[目的]研究基于SPAD值精准施氮模式对不同品种烤烟产质量的影响。[方法]以烤烟105和K326品种为研究对象,设置4种施氮方式,分别为全生育期不施氮(N0);当地施氮水平(N1:105 kg/hm^(2));2个基于SPAD值的实时氮肥管理,SPAD值分别为40(S40)、43(S43)。比较氮肥传统施用与分期多次施用模式对烤烟产量和品质的影响。[结果]烤烟农艺性状及化学品质在105和K326品种中均表现为S40、S43处理优于N0、N1处理。S43处理的烤后烟叶产量、产值、上等烟比例及中上等烟比例在105品种中表现最优,分别达2279.45 kg/hm^(2)、67152.60元/hm^(2)、36.66%、85.34%;K326品种中S40处理上述表现最优,分别达2438.21 kg/hm^(2)、73707.09元/hm^(2)、38.33%、86.87%;[结论]基于SPAD值精准施氮模式有利于提高烤烟农艺性状、化学品质和产值。[Objective]To investigate the effects of precise nitrogen application based on SPAD values on yield and quality of different tobacco varieties.[Method]Taking the tobacco varieties 105 and K326 as research objects,the nitrogen application methods were no nitrogen application(N0),105 kg/hm^(2)(N1),two real-time nitrogen fertilizer management methods with SPAD values of 40(S40)and 43(S43)during the whole growth period respectively,to compare the effects of traditional application of nitrogen fertilizer and multiple application modes on flue-cured tobacco yield and quality.[Result]The agronomic traits and chemical quality of tobacco showed that S40 and S43 treatments were superior to N0 and N1 treatments in both 105 and K326.For 105,the S43 treatment showed the best performance in terms of tobacco yield,output value,proportion of high-quality tobacco,and proportion of medium to high-quality tobacco,reaching 2279.45 kg/hm^(2),67152.60 yuan/hm^(2),36.66%,and 85.34%,respectively.The K326 variety showed the best performance with S40 treatment,reaching 2438.21 kg/hm^(2),73707.09 yuan/hm^(2),38.33%,and 86.87%,respectively.[Conclusion]The precise nitrogen application mode based on SPAD values was beneficial for improving the agronomic traits,chemical quality,and output value of tobacco.
